Meet the Founder
Meet Mads
Grounded Studios was founded by Madison "Mads" Wright after recognizing a need for stronger storytelling within agriculture.
Raised in southeast Nebraska, Mads grew up surrounded by agriculture and later studied Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Communication at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. That background, combined with years of working alongside producers, businesses, nonprofits, and agricultural organizations, shaped the philosophy that continues to guide Grounded Studios today:
